Pre and Post Virtual Training
January 25-26, 2026 and march 29-30, 2026
We will gather pre and post in-person training online. Attendance is mandatory as recordings will not be sent out, and participation is required. Times will be 10-4 pm PST each day.
Weekend one January 25-26th will cover:
Introduction to Yoga Philosophy
Self Study Workshop with Nya Daley
Introduction to the Nervous System
The Business of yoga
Pranayama and breathwork science
Weekend two march 29-30 will cover:
Participant presentations based on your AOW program design exercise. You will work in pairs or alone to create your own accessible yoga class/workshops. Make sure your offering is financially, culturally, physically and gender & 2SLGBTQ+ accessible.

Morning Practice & Lecture : 6:30-9:00 am
Breakfast: 9:00-10:00 am
Morning Workshop: 10:00-1:00 pm
Lunch: 1-2:30 pm
Afternoon Workshop: 2:30 - 6:30 pm
Dinner: 7:00 pm
*There will be scheduled half and full days off during the course of the training to enjoy on and off-site activities such as massages, surf lessons and nature hikes.
