Tuition Investment

Tuition early bird rate of $3000 USD* until April 30, 2025. $3500 USD regular rate.
*Tuition payment must be made in full for early bird rate. If not regular rate applies, and payment plans available.

Accommodation Investment

Accommodation cost is in addition to your tuition investment and is per person. All rooms include 3 meals per day, and coffee/juice in the morning. Please note that 2 lunches and 2 dinners are not included. This will give everyone an opportunity to leave the resort throughout the training and go into town to enjoy local restaurants.

Please note that tip/gratuity is not included and is recommended around $150 USD.

ROom options:

Single Occupancy King Bed* - $3200 USD
Singe Occupancy Double Bed - $2800 USD
Two-Person Occupancy Rooms (2 x Double Bed) - $2400 USD
Three or Four-Person Occupancy Rooms (3 or 4 x Single Bed) - $1900 USD

*Shared King Bed rooms can be arranged for friends who are comfortable sharing a King Bed in a private room. Please email feelvanaytt@gmail.com for more information.

Deposits

Non refundable $750 USD

If you are accepted, you will receive an email with deposit payment instructions. Your deposit is due with 48 hours of acceptance to hold your space in the training. We are accepting on a rolling basis and will not hold spaces without a deposit.

Remaining Balance & Payment Plans

Once your non-refundable deposit of $750 USD is made, remaining payments can be paid in instalments via WeTravel Payment Portal. If you selected the early bird rate, the remaining amount $2250 USD ($3000 - $750) is due by April 30, 2025. Remaining Regular rate and accommodation payments can be paid in instalments, with total payment due by December 1, 2025

Program Withdrawal & Refund Policy

The $750 deposit is non-refundable, at any time for any reason. For early bird rate, remaining tuition ($2250) is due in full by April 30, 2025. For Regular rate and accommodations, your remaining balance is due by December 1, 2025, with payment plan dates leading up to December. No refunds of any kind will be provided after December 1, 2025. Please refer to our waiver, policies and T&C's (button below) for a more thorough explanation of our policies. By paying your deposit you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions.
