Ashley Brodeur is a Registered Psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and the founder of The Feelosophy, a practice dedicated to mindfulness, therapeutic touch, and nervous system regulation. With over ten years of experience leading yoga retreats and teacher trainings across Canada and internationally, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, restorative yoga, and trauma-informed teaching to every space she holds. As co-leader of The Feelvana YTT, Ashley infuses her teachings with humour, deep presence, and the occasional dance move, creating an experience that is both grounding and transformative.
Ally Maz is a writer, entrepreneur, and yoga teacher passionate about making yoga and self-inquiry accessible to all. She is the founder of Girlvana Yoga, a global movement supporting teen girls through yoga, and Ladyvana Retreats, designed for women seeking deep rest and connection. Her work has taken her around the world, leading retreats, workshops, and speaking engagements in Tokyo, the UK, Central America, Canada, and the US. In 2021, Ally published her first book, Girlvana, with Penguin Random House, further expanding her mission of empowerment. Currently, she is pursuing her dream of opening a boutique hotel and retreat space with her husband, Bill. Known for her warmth, real talk, and unwavering belief in the power of community, Ally brings a heart-centered approach to The Feelvana YTT.
Joining us in person this year in Nya Daley, who has been leading workshops for Feelvana for the past two trainings. Nya (she/her) is a Muscogee social worker, community builder, and yoga facilitator based in Atlanta, GA, with over 15 years of experience in social services, supporting justice-involved youth, families, and adults with developmental disabilities. Rooted in person-centered, strength-based, trauma-aware, and solution-focused practices, she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations critically examine values, identity, and power to create safer spaces. In addition to her work in movement communities, Nya provides corporate anti-racism and oppression training, committed to fostering brave spaces, community, and honoring humanity in the work of dismantling racism and oppression.
